Porsche GT2 RS

Price: From £207,000 (est)
On sale: Now
The GT2 RS is a rare beast and previous versions have had a fearsome reputation, but this latest model adds some delicacy to its ferocious performance.
Combining elements of the 911 Turbo S and GT3 RS, the GT2 RS has a 3.8-litre turbo engine driving the rear wheels and claims 0-62mph in just 2.8 seconds.
Although it’s a track-focused machine that holds a record at the Nürburgring track in Germany, you can also exploit its performance to the full on the road without the bone-jarring ride you might expect.Find more at www.oktilli.com

Porsche Cayenne

Price: From £53,875
On sale: Now
Ignore the same-again looks, because this third-generation Cayenne brings some cutting-edge tech that means it’s a big improvement in some key areas.
Above all, the cabin looks more attractive and up to date, as well as being far more refined. On top of that, the car is more economical and better to drive than before, thanks in part to the 4D chassis control system that uses sensors to adjust the air suspension to suit where the car is being driven – on or off road. The result is a new SUV class benchmark for ride and handling.Read more at www.oktilli.com

Porsche 911 GT3 RS

Price: £141,346
On sale: Now
With more power, a revised chassis and additional downforce, the updated 911 GT3 RS was a star of the Porsche stand at the recent Geneva Motor Show.
There are some minor visual updates – new lights and a revised front bumper – but the big changes are revisions to the air intake and exhaust that squeeze an extra 20bhp and 10Nm of torque from the 4.0-litre engine. That knocks a tenth of a second off the 0-62mph time and, along with some updates to the cabin, adds about £10,000 to the price of the old car.Find more at www.oktilli.com

Peugeot 508

Price: From £26,000 (est)
On sale: Autumn
Peugeot’s push into the SUV market hasn’t come at the expense of the development of a new version of its flagship family hatch, the 508.
As with the 3008 and 5008, the latest 508 is based on the manufacturer’s EMP2 platform, which in turn means it will eventually be available with a plug-in hybrid powertrain.
For the car’s launch in the autumn, however, Peugeot will stick with a line-up of conventional engines with power outputs ranging from 128bhp to 222bhp. The interior, meanwhile, features the latest iteration of the brand’s i-Cockpit design, and it has a digital instrument panel and ‘piano-key’ switches below the central touchscreen to help it stand out from rivals.Read more at www.oktilli.com

Nissan Leaf

Price: From £21,990
On sale: Now
It’s a sign of just how far ahead of the EV game Nissan has been that the second-generation Leaf is on sale when most makers are merely dabbling with electrified versions of their existing cars.
The newcomer is easy and comfortable to drive – to the extent that people who already have a Mk1 Leaf may be unhappy at just how ‘normal’ this model feels to own and live with. The standard version has a range of 235 miles, but a 310-mile model is expected in about a year’s time.Find more at www.oktilli.com

Nissan Juke

Price: From £16,000 (est)
On sale: Late 2018
Although the current Juke has just been revised, an all-new model is expected before the end of the year. It should improve on the latest car in every way, not least because it will be based on the same platform as the new Micra. That means the Juke can grow into a more refined, higher-quality, more efficient package, while providing more room inside.
Even so, the Juke is set to retain much of its unique style – as previewed in our exclusive image – while at the same time adopting the new Nissan ‘face’, as seen on the latest Qashqai.Read more at www.oktilli.com

MINI Cooper

Price: From £15,000 (est)
On sale: Spring
You may struggle to spot the difference, but yes, this is a facelifted MINI. The changes apply to the three-door, five-door and Convertible models. At the back, the LED lights have the Union flag across the lens. They join new LED headlamps, with new ring daytime running lights and a one-piece indicator.
All cars get a 6.5-inch touchscreen, while a fresh sat-nav system, with new connected services, is available on higher trim levels. A new seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox is offered with some engines, too.Read more at www.oktilli.com

Mercedes GLE

Price: From £52,000 (est)
On sale: Late 2018
There’s no doubt Mercedes is embracing the SUV sales boom, and we expect to see an all-new version of the GLE this year. Our exclusive image shows it’s set to adopt some of the smaller GLC’s style, and we understand it’ll still be offered with a choice of two bodystyles, although the sleeker ‘coupé’ version will probably arrive a year or so after the regular model.
The GLE should also have a fresh engine range, including an AMG GLE 63 range-topper, and the new platform should support plug-in hybrid technology.More at www.oktilli.com

Mercedes G-Class

Price: From £100,000 (est)
On sale: Summer
Perhaps the hardest thing to believe is that this is a new G-Class. This is partly because it looks so similar to the old one, and also because that car had been on sale in pretty much the same form since 1979.
Beneath the subtly changed look is a longer and wider car, albeit one that retains many of the famous G-Wagen features, such as the spare wheel on the rear door. The platform it sits on is new – although it’s still a ladder frame – which is said to give more comfort on the road, as well as increased ability off it.Read more at www.oktilli.com

Mercedes CLS

Price: From £56,295
On sale: Now
The third-generation CLS continues where its predecessors left off by combining most of the space of a saloon with the grace of a coupé.
The price will leave you in no doubt this is a premium Mercedes, although all models come with an engine of at least six cylinders, plus 4MATIC all-wheel drive, adaptive dampers and the twin 12.3-inch instrument and infotainment displays.
In the CLS 400 d, Mercedes has also created its most powerful diesel production car ever, with 335bhp and a massive 700Nm of torque.Find more at www.oktilli.com
